Refund policy
RETURNS POLICY
Mitey will only accept returns of products in their original condition, with original packaging and products tags. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your order delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a credit or refund.
We only refund items if they are defective or damaged. As a small business, we unfortunately do not refund for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your credit or refund and an email confirmation will be sent.
Please note if your order includes a discount code the relevant portion of the order discount will be deducted from any credit or refund amount.
Please note, pre-sale items can not be refunded and sales items cannot be refunded or returned. Priority processing cannot be refunded.
In the case that you are approved for the return of a sales item - you will only be credited the sales price, meaning the full price adjustment must be covered by the customer to allow the return to be processed.
If you are approved for a refund it will be returned to the original method of payment, within 2-3 business days.
Customers will be responsible for paying the postage costs for the return of and reissue of items (international). Postage costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original postage will be deducted from your refund.
RETURN TO SENDER
If you forget to collect your parcel from the post office within 14 days (10 business days) your parcel will be returned to sender. If you would like the order to be sent back to you, we will require a payment of $7.99 (standard) or $12.99 Express.
CANCELLING OR AMENDING AN ORDER
